DMCA Policy

Lucro Irani 4º Trimestre ("we" or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes how we address claims of copyright infringement and how to submit a counter-notification if your content has been removed due to an infringement claim.

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and promptly process valid DMCA notifications. Our policy is to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive a proper DMCA notice, our response may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material, and if appropriate, terminating repeat infringers.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Lucro Irani 4º Trimestre, please notify our designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing (as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Lucro Irani 4º Trimestre was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). Your counter-notification must be a written communication and include substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
